Jem Ranson

Jem Ranson is a company director and founder at Praesto Consulting. Jem has over fifteen years of experience in the customer service and CRM industry. Prior to joining Praesto Consulting, Jem was a CRM Consultancy Manager at Customer Systems for over seven years. Jem has also worked as a Student Engineer at GEC ALSTHOM for five years.

Jem Ranson studied electrical and electronics engineering at Durham University, where they earned their Master of Engineering (MEng) degree.
