Riccardo Guidi

Riccardo Guidi currently serves as the Head of Immunology Research at Pragma Bio, a position held since May 2021, following the company's rebranding from Vastbiome in March 2023. Prior to this role, Riccardo was a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at Genentech from October 2016 to May 2021, where engagement in high-caliber research was a significant focus. Riccardo also contributed as an Ambassador for the Centre for Gender Medicine from September 2014 to September 2016, promoting sex and gender analysis in health care. Additional experience includes a Postdoctoral Fellowship at The Francis Crick Institute, researching Type II immunity, and involvement in the Education Council while pursuing a PhD in Medical Science at Karolinska Institutet from June 2010 to March 2014. Riccardo's academic qualifications include a PhD in Medical Science from Karolinska Institutet and a Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna.
