Ryan Wood

Ryan Wood has a diverse work experience in sales, product management, and technical support. Ryan started their career as a Technology Sales Manager at Circuit City Stores, where they managed a team and implemented sales strategies. Ryan then joined IBM as a Staff Software Engineer, specializing in Sterling B2B Integrator. In this role, they provided technical support and optimized performance for the product. Later, Ryan transitioned to the role of Senior Product Manager at IBM, where they led the product development team and oversaw the entire product lifecycle. Currently, they are working as a Sales Director at Pragma Edge Inc.

Ryan Wood completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Computer and Information Sciences and Support Services from DeVry University, which they attended from 2003 to 2007. Ryan also obtained several additional certifications, including "Product Management Fundamentals" from LinkedIn in March 2017, and "Data Science Foundations - Level 1," "IBM Control Center - Foundations," "IBM Sterling B2B Integrator - Foundations," and "IBM Certified Solution Implementer - Sterling B2B Integrator V5.2" from IBM in September 2016.
