Dev Jain has a strong background in business analysis and project management. Dev started their career at Morningstar India Pvt Ltd as a Research Associate, where they were responsible for gathering and updating financial data. Dev then joined NIIT Technologies Limited as a Senior Business Associate, where they played a crucial role as an interface between business units and technical teams, and supported pre-sales teams by providing research and background information for prospective clients. Dev later joined FIS as a Business System Analyst and subsequently as a Senior Business System Analyst, where they worked on migration projects and improving business workflows. Currently, they are working at Pragmasys Consulting LLP as a Senior Consultant and Technical Project Manager for D365 CRM.
Dev Jain has a diverse education history. Dev obtained a Master's degree in Finance, General from Infinity Business School from 2009 to 2011. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Commerce - BCom degree in Business/Commerce, General from Delhi University between 2005 and 2008. Dev also attended Bal Bharti Public School from 2004 to 2005, where they received XII degree in commerce.
In addition to their formal education, Dev Jain has also pursued additional certifications. In November 2022, they obtained the Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Fundamentals certification from Microsoft. In December 2008, they achieved the LEVEL 1 - NCFM certification from the National Stock Exchange of India Limited. Most recently, in July 2021, they became a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) through Scrum Alliance.
