Manimozhi Pradeep

Manimozhi Pradeep started their work experience as a Recruitment Intern at All Direction Source Technologies Pvt Ltd in June 2018. They then interned as a PG Project in HRM at Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited from January 2019 to April 2019. In January 2020, they worked as a Human Resources Executive at Cinépolis India for two months. From March 2021 to January 2022, they served as a Technical Recruiter - IT at Zenith Management Consultants. Currently, they are working as a Recruitment Executive at Pragmasys Consulting LLP since January 2022.

Manimozhi Pradeep began their education at Koona Presidency Matriculation Higher Secondary School, where they completed their Secondary degree from 2010 to 2012. They then continued their studies at the same school for their Higher Secondary degree with a focus on Mathematics and Science from 2012 to 2014. Next, Manimozhi Pradeep enrolled in Thiruvalluvar University, Vellore, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from 2014 to 2017. Lastly, they attended Anna University and completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from 2017 to 2019.

In addition to their formal education, Manimozhi Pradeep also obtained several certifications. In 2021, they completed the certifications "Building a Talent Pipeline from New Recruits to Leadership," "Learning LinkedIn Recruiter," and "Tech Recruiting Foundations: 3 Recruiting Software Developers" from LinkedIn.
