Pooja Bhalsing has diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Pooja started their career at Infosys in 2015 as a Process Executive and worked there until 2016. Pooja then joined Tangentia as a Quality Assurance Engineer for a few months before moving on to Goa Electronics Limited as an Intern. After that, they worked as a Data Analyst at Craffitorium eservices Pvt Ltd from 2017 to 2018. In 2019, they joined Open Destinations as a Market Research Analyst before transitioning to Pragmasys Consulting LLP, where they held the role of Associate Consultant and later became a D365 CRM Senior Operations Specialist from April 2022 onwards.

Pooja Bhalsing completed their Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Information Technology from Padre Conceicao College of Engineering from 2008 to 2013. Prior to that, they attended Mushtifund High School, but no specific degree or field of study was indicated during that time.
