Philip Alexander currently serves as CEO of Pragmatic Institute, which provides hands-on training to enhance innovation and success in organizations. Previously, Philip held the position of CEO at Pragmatic Marketing, where over 200,000 product managers and marketers implemented the Pragmatic Marketing Framework, resulting in significant improvements in time to market, product sales, and customer satisfaction scores. Philip founded Brandmuscle, Inc. in 2000 and led it as CEO until 2018, overseeing its growth and subsequent mergers. Earlier career experience includes roles as VP of Brand Management at Pearle Vision and VP of Marketing & Advertising at Western Auto/Sears Roebuck. Philip holds an MBA in Marketing from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University and has additional educational qualifications from the University of Rochester and Delhi University.
