Prior to this, they served as the Chief Commercial Officer - Asia & ROW at Gamesys from 2019 to 2021. Irina also held roles at Jackpotjoy Group, where they served as a Director, Chief Marketing Officer, CEO of the Jackpotjoy Division, and Chief Revenue Officer at different times between 2015 and 2019. Earlier in their career, they worked at Mandalay Media Group, BGO Group, Cresco Consulting, Kusuma Trust UK, PartyGaming, and Roland Berger Strategy Consultants, gaining experience in managing online gaming brands, marketing consultancy, and strategic planning.
Irina Cornides completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Economics at UCL from 1997 to 2000. Following this, they pursued a Master's degree in Management at The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) from 2002 to 2003. In the same year, they also obtained a Master's degree in International Management from Esade.
