Svitlana Kravchenko

Svitlana Kravchenko is an experienced professional in service operations and program management, currently serving as the Head of Service Operations at Pragmatic Solutions since November 2022. Previously, Svitlana held the role of Release Manager at KingMakers, and served as KAM at Yggdrasil Gaming Ltd. Svitlana's tenure at Playtech involved leadership of the Casino Release team in Estonia, overseeing 23 individuals across multiple teams, as well as managing the Casino Client Delivery team. Additional experience includes roles in business development at UKRINTORG and IT Doors, and management positions at 247xercise and TERRA FOOD. Svitlana holds a Master’s Degree in Psychology from KYIV International University.
