Adam Broughton

Adam Broughton has a diverse and extensive work experience in the IT industry. Adam began their career as an IT Technician at Goodrich in 2006. From there, they worked at Computacenter as an Infrastructure Technical Analyst and later as a BMC Remedy ITSM Developer, where they were responsible for the development and support of the ITSM suite.

In 2015, Adam joined Sealed Air Corporation, starting as an IT Manager in the EMEA region, and eventually progressing to the role of IT Director of Operations, EMEA, overseeing support operations across various areas. Adam was then promoted to IT Director of Operations, Americas & EMEA, where they led a team supporting employees across multiple sites and played a key role in ERP integration and cybersecurity enhancement efforts. Adam's most recent position at Sealed Air Corporation was as a Global IT Director, Operations, where they expanded their responsibility to worldwide operations, managing a large team and driving successful integration efforts for mergers and acquisitions.

In 2024, Adam Broughton joined Pragmatic as the Director of IT.

Adam Broughton attended Barnfield College from 2007 to 2009, where they obtained a Cisco Certified Network Associate degree and a BTEC National Diploma for IT Practitioners (Networking) degree, both in the field of Information Technology. Prior to attending college, they completed their GCSE at Halyard High School between 2002 and 2007. In addition to their formal education, Adam has acquired various certifications, such as Inclusive Leadership and Unconscious Bias from LinkedIn, and multiple certifications related to BMC Software and Cisco, including a Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification in 2009.
