Vincent Barlier

Vincent Barlier has a diverse work experience, starting in 2005 as a PhD candidate at University Claude Bernard Lyon 1, where they conducted research on nanocomposite materials for organic photovoltaic applications. Vincent then worked as a Research Associate at USC from 2008 to 2010, investigating new semiconductor materials for organic photovoltaics and organic light emitting diodes. In 2011, they joined Plastic Logic as a Research Engineer, conducting experiments on backplane innovations for flexible electronics. Vincent later became a Senior Research Engineer at Plastic Logic, focusing on the investigation of new materials for flexible electronics. In 2015, Vincent joined FlexEnable as a Senior Business Development Engineer, and from 2018 onwards, they worked at PragmatIC, initially as a Sales Manager and then as a Commercial Manager Foundry. Currently, they hold the role of Commercial Director at PragmatIC.

Vincent Barlier holds a PhD in Material Science from Universite Claude Bernard Lyon 1, which they obtained from 2005 to 2008. Prior to that, they completed their Master's degree in Materials Physics and Engineering at Mines Paris from 2004 to 2005. In 2003 to 2004, Vincent Barlier obtained their first Master's degree in Material Science from University Angers France. Additionally, Vincent Barlier has certification in Project Management Professional from the Project Management Institute, obtained in 2015.
