Laurie Bouris

Laurie Bouris has over 19 years of experience in the beauty, food and beverage industries. Laurie began their career in 2001 as an Account Coordinator at Georgia Pacific, where they provided customer support to over 200 National Food Distributors and provided clients with information on over 3,500 Dixie Food Products. In 2003, they joined Diageo as a Customer Operations Associate, where they managed all aspects of product distribution for the key markets of New York, Wisconsin, Massachusetts, and Rhode Island. In 2005, they moved to Red Door Spas as a Product Manager, where they launched new products and services into over 40 spas and salons all over the country. In 2017, Laurie joined PRAI Beauty Group as an Operations Manager, where they were responsible for ensuring that all products were manufactured in a correct, cost effective and timely manner in alignment with specifications and quality requirements. In 2020, they were promoted to Director of Retail Operations at PRAI Beauty Group, where they were responsible for all planning and forecasting of UK and European retail distribution, optimizing freight shipments into Europe, and keeping/maintaining all cost of goods for the entire company.

Laurie Bouris holds a BA and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Connecticut.
