Mominul Hoque

Mominul Hoque is an experienced analytical scientist with a strong background in food science and engineering. Mominul worked at Houdek from March 2022 to September 2023, operating and maintaining a variety of analytical instruments, including HPLC and fiber analyzers. Prior to this role, Mominul served as a Graduate Research Assistant at South Dakota State University from January 2021 to August 2022, focusing on the development of cellulose-based biodegradable packaging materials and mentoring undergraduate students in laboratory work. Mominul holds a Master of Science in Food Science from South Dakota State University and a Bachelor of Science in Food Engineering and Tea Technology from Shahjalal University of Science and Technology.
