Erik Schmitt

Erik Schmitt is an experienced professional with a background in laboratory testing, food and beverage management, and customer communications. Currently serving as the Beverage Manager and Food and Beverage Manager at Sun Prairie Athletic Club since May 2022, Erik previously held roles as a Laboratory Technician at Sub-Zero Group, Inc. and Continental, focusing on research and development, quality assurance, and production testing. Earlier experience includes marketing at Ameritech Construction Co., teaching assistance at the University of Colorado, asset accountability at Kraft Foods Group, and customer service at LIDS Sports Group. Erik holds a Bachelor of Arts in Integrative Physiology from the University of Colorado Boulder.
