Senior Analysts act as generalists, gaining extensive experience while working on a variety of client engagements. Engagement types include ESOP advisory and valuation/financial opinions.

What you will be doing:

  • Developing financial models and analytical support for ESOP transactions, financial opinions and other valuation engagements

  • Preparing client deliverables including valuation reports, presentations, information memoranda and marketing materials

  • Performing company, industry, market and competitor research and due diligence

  • Participating in client discussions and due diligence meetings

  • Communicating and establishing relationships both internally with project teams and externally with clients

Position Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in finance/accounting/economics
  • 2 – 4 years of combined valuation and/or financial analysis experience
  • Proficiency utilizing Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Strong analytical and problem solving capabilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial and fast-paced environment prioritizing tasks, working on multiple assignments and managing tight timelines in a team environment
  • Strong work ethic and personal integrity, with the willingness to work long hours and travel as needed
