Janis Hoyt

Janis Hoyt has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning several industries. Janis most recently served as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Primal Pet Group, a leading manufacturer of pet foods and products. Prior to that, they were the Chief People Officer at The Honest Company. Before their roles in the pet industry, Janis Hoyt worked as a self-employed executive coach and HR consultant, providing services to companies such as Lee Hecht Harrison and Blue Shield of California. Janis also held the position of Vice President of Human Resources at Blue Shield of California and served as an HR Director at The Clorox Company. Early in their career, Janis held HR leadership roles at Aetna, Macy's West, and Emporium Department Stores.

Janis Hoyt has a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from the University of California, Berkeley. Janis also holds a Master's degree in Human Resources & Organizational Development from the University of San Francisco.
