Abhijeet Sontakke

Abhijeet Sontakke has a solid work experience in process engineering and technical services. Abhijeet started their career at Ajinkyatara Sugar Factory as a summer intern in 2016, where they gained experience in multipressure vacuum distillation plants. In 2017, they had a summer internship at Thermax Limited, where they worked in the chemical division. Abhijeet then joined ProTechX Engineering Consultants in 2018 as a Process Engineer, where they contributed to the preparation of process engineering deliverables and collaborated with vendors. In 2019, they transitioned to Prasol Chemicals Ltd. as a Process Engineer - Technical Services. Here, they gained experience in various process engineering activities. In 2021, Abhijeet joined GHARDA CHEMICALS LIMITED as a Sr. Executive - Projects and Technical Services. Abhijeet'sresponsibilities included managing process modifications, performing technical bid analysis, and implementing new process technologies. Currently, they are working at Praj Industries as a Process Engineer, involved in engineering packages, revamping distillery plants, and energy integration.

Abhijeet Sontakke earned a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from K.K.Wagh Institute of Engineering Education & Research, where they studied from 2015 to 2018. Prior to that, they obtained a Diploma in Chemical Engineering from Satara Polytechnic Satara. In addition to their formal education, they also obtained several certifications including Operation and Maintenance of Pumps and Valves, Instrumentation and Process Control, PID tuning, and Heat Transfer Operations from Youth4Enterprise- Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship in different months of 2017.
