Shrirang Vaze

Shrirang Vaze has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Shrirang began their career as an Internship Trainee at Indo German Tool Room in 2001 before moving on to work as a Tool Room Engineer at Worth Engineering from 2002 to 2004. From 2004 to 2008, they worked at Godrej, starting as a Design Executive and later being promoted to Deputy Manager. Shrirang led a team of press tool designers and completed numerous projects.

In 2009, Shrirang worked as a Teaching Assistant at the University of Houston before joining Fabtech Projects & Engineers Ltd. in 2011 as a Sr. Manager Marketing. Shrirang later became the General Manager, overseeing projects in the downstream oil and gas segment.

Shrirang'smost recent role was at Praj Industries, where they started as an Associate General Manager in 2017 and later became a Joint General Manager. In this position, they focused on business development for the Americas region, specifically in the field of static equipment and modular solutions. Shrirang provided one-stop solutions for engineering and manufacturing of equipment for modular process plants.

Shrirang Vaze has a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering (MIE) from the University of Houston, which they obtained from 2008 to 2010. During this time, they specialized in areas such as Engineering Economy, Project Management, and Engineering Administration. Prior to their Master's degree, Shrirang completed their Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Production from the Institution of Engineers of India (IEI), Kolkata. Shrirang attended this institution from 2003 to 2007. Before pursuing their Bachelor's degree, Shrirang obtained an Advanced Diploma in Tool and Die Technology from Indo-German Tool Room. Shrirang completed this diploma program from 1997 to 2002. In addition to their formal education, Shrirang has also obtained certifications in areas such as Learning to Listen, Successful Public Speaking, and Working Across Cultures from CrossKnowledge in November 2017.
