Snehalata Pankadan

Snehalata Pankadan has work experience in multiple companies. Snehalata started their career at Praj Industries as an Intern in January 2020 and worked until December 2020. Snehalata then joined again as a Post Graduate Engineer Trainee in January 2021 and later became a Senior Engineer from January 2022 to present. In November 2020, they were a Speaker at TEDxNashik. Before that, they were an Intern at TERI - The Energy and Resources Institute from May 2019 to July 2019.

Snehalata Pankadan completed their education in a chronological order. Snehalata first attended Santhigiri Vidyabhavan in Kerala from 2004 to 2008, where they completed their SSC degree. Snehalata then attended Stella Maris High School from 2008 to 2011.

After their secondary education, Snehalata joined Modern Education Society's Nowrosjee Wadia College Arts, Science in Pune from 2011 to 2013, where they completed their HSC in the field of Science.

In 2013, Snehalata enrolled in P.E.S. College of Engineering, where they pursued their Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Mechanical Engineering. Snehalata completed their undergraduate program in 2017.

Additionally, in 2015 and 2016, they undertook a German Language Course at the Goethe Institute in Pune, reaching Level-B1 proficiency.

In 2018, Snehalata pursued a Master's degree in Renewable Energy Engineering and Management at TERI School of Advanced Studies. Snehalata completed their MTech degree in 2020.

Furthermore, Snehalata obtained several additional certifications throughout their career. In 2021, they completed a Management Development Program from TERI School of Advanced Studies. In 2022, they received Internal Auditor Training of Energy Management System (EnMS) from CII-ITC Centre of Excellence for Sustainable Development. Finally, in 2023, they completed the "Comprehensive LCA with SimaPro" training from SIPL.
