Tushar D.

Tushar D. has extensive work experience in the engineering and project management field. Tushar started their career as a Trainee Engineer at AIROTEK POLLU CONTROL PROJECTS AND EQUIPMENT PRIVATE LIMITED in 1992 and later worked as a Production Engineer. In 1994, they joined Praj Industries as an Engineer in the Quality Assurance & Control department and steadily progressed to the role of Senior Engineer. Tushar then took on various roles within Praj Industries, including Assistant Manager-Projects, Executive-Projects, and Project Manager, where they were responsible for project scheduling, budgeting, resource planning, risk assessment, and quality management. From 2012 to 2019, Tushar served as a General Manager in Estimation & Packages and then as General Manager in Projects at Praj Industries. During their tenure, they achieved significant cost savings and implemented innovative solutions for process improvements. In 2019, they became a Senior General Manager, overseeing Engineering Services-Packages & Systems, before transitioning to TEIPL as a Senior General Manager (Head - Projects & QA/QC). In 2021, Tushar returned to Praj Industries as a Senior General Manager.

Tushar D. attended Maratha Mandal Engineering College in BELGAUM, KARNATAKA from 1990 to 1992, where they studied Mechanical Engineering. In addition to their formal education, Tushar has obtained several certifications from LinkedIn. These include "How to Make Strategic Thinking a Habit," "Making Quick Decisions," "The Six Morning Habits of High Performers," and "Learning Microsoft Project." Tushar obtained these certifications in September and October 2020.
