Vikrantsagar Tapaswi has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Vikrantsagar began their career as a Graduate Engineer Trainee at Rivolta Auto Industries Pvt. Ltd., where they focused on new product development and process improvement. Vikrantsagar then worked as an Assistant Purchasing Manager at TREO ENGINEERING PVT LTD, where they were responsible for sourcing various raw materials and bought-out items. During their time at Power2SME, they served as a Manager, overseeing PAN India operations for the company's Steel Commodities arm and working on expanding the customer base. As the Head of Purchase at Sarotam Industrial Goods Retail Distribution Pvt Ltd, Vikrantsagar was responsible for sourcing raw materials and increasing the company's profitability. Currently, they are an Assistant Procurement Manager at Praj Industries, where they handle the procurement of various commodities for CPES projects. Throughout their career, Vikrantsagar has demonstrated skills in procurement, vendor management, and business development.

Vikrantsagar Tapaswi completed their Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Mechanical field of study from Modern College Of Engineering in Pune. Vikrantsagar pursued this course from 2005 to 2009. Following this, they went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Operations Management from Dr. Vikhe Patil Foundations Pravara Centre For Management & Research in Pune, completing it from 2010 to 2012.
