Ritika Gupta

Ritika Gupta has worked in the engineering field for over a decade. Ritika began their career in 2008 as an Estimation & Design Engineer at ADLEC SYSTEMS PVT LTD, where they were responsible for estimating and designing switchgears such as Circuit Breakers, Relays, Contactors, Metering Instruments and Capacitors. Ritika then moved to Mazagon Dock Ltd in 2010, where they worked as a Senior Design Engineer and was responsible for designing Compartment layouts & Firing Arc of Electrical Weapons, Communication & Navigation systems of Projects 'P-17 A Indian Navy Ship' in AutoCAD. In 2011, they joined Ericsson as a Senior Engineer - Site Solution, where they were responsible for site reviews, Load calculation, Equipment details (inventory part), Antenna & feeder connection part, and providing the as-built of the site by updating the AutoCAD drawing & databases of the customers for the site. Ritika worked for both 4G & 5G technology. In 2019, they joined Pramira as a Senior Engineer, where they acted as an Individual Contributor to the project delivery, handled and managed a team of 5-6 experienced CAD engineers for their performance & progress, and was responsible for end to end project management & CAD delivery. Ritika also looked for ways to improve processes through quality review and preparing checklists which helped the team to streamline the current processes and increase efficiency.

Ritika Gupta completed their Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Electrical Engineering at Dr.K.N.Modi Institute of Engineering & Technology between 2004 and 2008. Ritika then went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Finance at Symbiosis Centre of Distance Learning between 2009 and 2011. Additionally, they obtained a certification in IP Networking.
