Gaute Engbakk

Gaute Engbakk has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Gaute is currently a Partner and Co-founder of Ballista Technology Group since April 2022. Prior to this, they co-founded and worked as a Partner at Northscaler, a venture capital firm specializing in scaling B2B tech and data-driven companies from March 2019. Gaute also served as a Board Member and Co-Founder of Pratexo, a technology company, since January 2020. Additionally, they held roles as a Board Member at Ditio, a civil construction app, and Dele Health Tech, a healthcare solutions company. Gaute's previous positions include Chairman of the Board at SmartCraft ASA and Stir Animation Studio, as well as CEO of Techstep ASA, a company focused on delivering mobile workplace solutions. Gaute also served as a Board Member at FNDR, an online platform supporting local commerce, and ISCO Group, an executive search services firm.

Gaute Engbakk completed a Senior Executive Program at the London Business School from 2010 to 2011. Prior to that, they earned a Master of Science degree in Computer Science and Management from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) between 1994 and 1998.
