Kanishka Agarwal

Kanishka Agarwal is a professional with a strong background in monitoring and evaluation, research, and community engagement. Currently serving as a Senior Measurement Monitoring and Evaluation Associate at Pratham Education Foundation since April 2022, Kanishka designs and implements evaluation systems for educational interventions across India, synthesizes data to enhance program effectiveness, and trains on-ground staff. Previously, as a Research Analyst at Sattva Consulting, Kanishka conducted secondary research to guide global investment strategies and produced reports on gender and health issues. Kanishka has also held leadership roles in Enactus Kamala Nehru College, participated in field research with Gram Vikas, and contributed to a research paper during an internship at Indicus Foundation. Kanishka holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Kamala Nehru College, University of Delhi.
