Joyce Xavier has over a decade of experience in the manufacturing sector, currently serving as Líder de produção at Prática Klimaquip since October 2012. Prior to this role, Joyce worked as Operador de máquinas at BRAVIEW Indústria de Produtos Eletrônicos do Brasil Ltda. from July 2011 to September 2012. Educational qualifications include a degree in Engenharia Industrial from Universidade do Vale do Sapucaí - UNIVÁS (2014-2018), Lean Manufacturing from Skema10 (2017-2018), and a Técnico Eletrônica from SENAI (2009-2010), along with a Green Belt certification in Lean Six Sigma from MF Treinamentos.
