Mudassar Desai

Mudassar Desai has several years of experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. They started their career in December 2014 as a Jr. Recruiter at Concept Software & Services Inc. From August 2015 to October 2016, they worked as a Recruitment Executive at Maxima Consulting, Inc. In November 2016, they joined DVI Technologies, Inc. as a Senior Technical Recruiter and stayed there until November 2017. Mudassar then worked at Charter Global from December 2017 to February 2023, starting as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist/Lead. Currently, they are employed at Pratiti Technologies as a Talent Acquisition Manager starting from February 2023, and are still working there.

Mudassar Desai completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in International Business from Bharati Vidyapeeth, starting in 2015 and finishing in 2017. In addition to their formal education, they obtained several certifications including Technical Recruiting from LinkedIn in August 2022, Professional Diploma in Photography from Shaw Academy Marketing in September 2020, and Diploma in Software Testing from MindScripts Tech in January 2015.
