Kayla Creek is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with a diverse background in recruitment and management. Currently serving as the Talent Acquisition Lead at Elevate since December 2022, Kayla oversees the entire recruiting cycle, emphasizing diversity sourcing and strategic partnerships. As the Founder of The Selection Process, established in 2021, Kayla provides services such as resume writing and interview preparation to enhance job seekers' access to the hiring process. Previously, Kayla held various roles at State Farm from 2014 to 2022, where significant achievements included leading diversity initiatives and mentoring fellow recruiters. Kayla also gained experience at Aerotek in account management and recruitment, and began a career in retail management with Aeropostale. A Bachelor of Business Administration graduate from McKendree University, Kayla combines educational credentials with extensive practical experience in the field.
