Marta Kostrzewa

Marta Kostrzewa, M.P.S has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Marta currently serves as the Director of Finance at Pratt Institute, where they have held various roles since 2016, including Associate Director of Finance and Budget, Interim Director of Advancement Operations, and Budget and Operations Manager. Prior to their time at Pratt Institute, Marta worked at the American Museum of Natural History as a Development Coordinator and Development Associate in the Administration and Finance department. Marta also gained experience at the European Central Bank as an Archives and Records Management Administrative Assistant and at Nyehaus Gallery as a Gallery Assistant. Marta's early career included a role as a Membership Assistant at the American Museum of Natural History. Overall, their work experience showcases their expertise in finance, budgeting, operations, development, and administration.

Marta Kostrzewa, M.P.S pursued a Master's degree in Professional Studies in Arts and Cultural Management from Pratt Institute between 2017 and 2019. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate education at Hunter College from 2006 to 2010, majoring in Art History.
