Michelle Hardesty

Michelle Hardesty is an experienced production scheduling professional currently serving as Master Production Scheduler at Pratt Intermodal Chassis, LLC since January 2021. Previously, Michelle held the position of Production Scheduler at H.B. Fuller for a brief period in 2020, and prior to that, worked at Honeywell Aerospace USA from September 1996 to June 2020, where responsibilities included coordination of new product development and management of aftermarket spares and kits. Michelle has a strong background in establishing master production schedules and driving efficiency on the shop floor. Michelle graduated from Indiana University South Bend.
