Benoit Beaudoin

VP, Operations at Pratt & Whitney Canada

Benoit Beaudoin was named Vice President, Operations, Pratt & Whitney Canada (P&WC), in 2008.

Mr. Beaudoin manages global supply chain, manufacturing and assembly operations. As a member of the Pratt & Whitney (P&W) executive team and UTC Operations council, he drives the execution of a number of strategies across the corporation. Under his leadership, P&WC expanded its global manufacturing footprint and in 2011 the world-class Mirabel Aerospace Centre was established for the lean assembly of next-generation product family (NGPF) engines and global flight testing for P&W. From 2014 to 2016, Mr. Beaudoin expanded his role to support NGPF industrialization at P&W in Hartford, Connecticut.

Mr. Beaudoin has been with P&WC since 2001. He began his career as Manager, Eastern European Operations, and later assumed positions of increasing responsibility in Logistics and Global Manufacturing. In 2004, Mr. Beaudoin was named Vice President, Supply Management, overseeing a period of tremendous growth in manufacturing capacity and supply chain spends.

Before joining P&WC, Mr. Beaudoin worked as a consultant at Andersen Consulting and held a variety of senior management positions in manufacturing and production at Kraft Canada.

Mr. Beaudoin holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the École Polytechnique de Montréal.
