Caroline Maso

VP, Human Resources at Pratt & Whitney Canada

Caroline Maso was appointed Vice President, Human Resources at Pratt & Whitney Canada (P&WC) in 2021.

Caroline joined P&WC in 2007 as a Manager of Human Resources. During these years she has lead multiple business units throughout P&WC, such as the Customer service, Business Development and Operations manufacturing worldwide. In 2017, Caroline was named Director of Human Resources and shortly after as Senior Director, in 2018.

Caroline brings over 20 years of expertise to her new role. Her expertise is in both operational and strategic HR practices that drives a global empowered workforce strategy built on a commitment to attract, retain, develop and engage the best talent. With a focus on people, culture and innovation Caroline was responsible for leading global projects, processes and analytics that supports business needs and P&WC’s growth strategy. She plays a key role in fostering a diverse, more equitable and inclusive work environment enabling creativity and employees reaching their full potential.

Earlier in her career, she worked for Petro Canada as a Human Resources Senior Counsellor.

Caroline earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Quebec in Montreal in 2005 with a University Certificate in Industrial & Labor Relations from Queen’s university. She seats on the advisory Workforce for the Future Council of the Canadian Manufacturers & exporters.
