Alexander Gostomelsky

Alexander Gostomelsky has extensive work experience in mechanical engineering and design. Alexander currently holds the position of Senior Principal Design Engineer at Pratt & Whitney since October 2022. Prior to joining Pratt & Whitney, Gostomelsky worked at Siemens for 13 years, starting in April 2009. During their time at Siemens, they held various roles including Mechanical Engineer, Module Integrator, Product Owner, Senior Mechanical Engineer, IPT Lead, and Engineering IPT Lead. Before joining Siemens, Gostomelsky worked as a Mechanical Design Engineer and Project Manager at Rolls-Royce from November 2005 to March 2009. Alexander also had experience as a Project Manager and Mechanical Design Engineer at AneCom AeroTest from November 2002 to November 2005, and as a Mechanical Design Engineer at Rolls-Royce from March 2001 to October 2002. Gostomelsky started their career as a Mechanical Design Engineer at Valeo in the automotive industry and worked there from August 1998 to February 2001.

Alexander Gostomelsky obtained their Engineering Diploma, equivalent to a Master of Science degree, from Technische Universität Berlin. Alexander pursued this degree in Mechanical Engineering from 1992 to 1998.
