Joseph Gaddes is currently a Design Engineer II at Pratt & Whitney. Prior to this role, they held similar positions at Belcan and Parametric Solutions, Inc. They also worked at Mayhew Tools as a Design and Development Engineer and Manufacturing Engineer. Joseph attended Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering and later a Master of Science in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Central Florida. During their time at Embry-Riddle, they also served as a Student Ambassador & Tour Guide for the College of Engineering.
