Karolina Tucharz

Karolina Tucharz has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Director of HR Operations at Pratt & Whitney since November 2017, following a tenure as Vice HR Director at the same company. Previously, Karolina held the position of HR Manager at Pratt & Whitney Tubes from March 2015 to October 2017, as well as at Brembo from June 2010 to February 2015, and at Saint-Gobain Sekurit HanGlas Polska from December 2004 to May 2010. Karolina Tucharz holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Wyższa Szkoła Biznesu - National Louis University w Nowym Sączu (1997-2001) and a degree in International Relations from the same institution (2001-2003).
