Sarah Perrott

Sarah Perrott is an experienced Senior Ethics & Compliance Officer in Operations at Pratt & Whitney, responsible for overseeing Human Resources and Employee/Labor Relations at the East Hartford Repair Operations. With a strong background in HR management, Sarah has held key positions overseeing labor relations, managing employee relations, enforcing FAA policies, and ensuring compliance with Collective Bargaining agreements. Prior to Pratt & Whitney, Sarah served as a Human Resource Representative at UTC Aerospace Systems, managing employee relations and compliance, and has experience with various HR functions in roles at companies such as Bertucci's and Chilis. Sarah holds a Master's degree in Applied Psychology with a focus on Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Sacred Heart University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Central Connecticut State University.
