Taylor McNally

Taylor McNally has extensive experience in the aerospace and engineering industries, currently serving as Production Chief at Pratt & Whitney's F135 Hot Section Module Center. McNally has held various leadership roles at Pratt & Whitney since July 2016, including Senior Manager in Transformation & Strategy and Project Manager for senior executives. Prior experience includes roles as an Operations Leadership Program Associate at United Technologies and as a Sales Engineer Intern at LFI, along with prior internships at CoorsTek and Saint-Gobain. McNally holds a Master of Science in Management and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute, complemented by international academic experience at Chulalongkorn University.
