Fabio Pavão

Fabio Pavão is an experienced software engineering leader currently serving as a Senior Software Engineering Manager at Pravaler since May 2022, overseeing three tribes consisting of 40 members across nine multidisciplinary squads focused on engagement and sales processes. Prior to this role, Fabio worked at Zé Delivery, where contributions included leading a logistics team that expanded from a squad of six to a tribe of 24, significantly increasing delivery capabilities. Other notable positions include Software Engineer Specialist at iFood, contributing to the development of REST microsservices, and leadership roles at Viva Real and e-Safer Consultoria, where focus was on e-commerce platforms and agile methodologies, respectively. Fabio holds an MBA in Business Management from USP and a Bachelor’s in Computer Information Systems from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie, along with a technical degree as an Electronics Technician.
