Rafa Noronha

Rafa Noronha is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in software engineering and product development. Currently serving as the Founder and Principal Consultant at CTO lever since August 2024, Rafa has been involved with Pravaler as a Staff Software Engineer and Tech Lead Manager in product engineering since February 2021. Previously, Rafa held various roles at iti Itaú, including BaaS Product Owner and DX Senior Engineer. With a strong background as a Senior Software Engineer at Lambda3 and experience at CVC Brasil, Stefanini, and Digitalmed, Rafa has demonstrated expertise in leadership and project management in the tech industry, leveraging a self-educated foundation.
