Guerth Castro

Guerth Castro has extensive experience as a software engineer, with a focus on designing and developing applications using .NET, Vue.js, and React. Guerth has worked for various companies, including Praxent, Near Coding - Nearshore Software Services, GFT Group, Authority Partners Inc., Bioclinica, C.R. England, Intertec International, Fiserv, EX2 Outcoding, and Instituto Nacional de Seguros.

At Praxent, Guerth serves as a Software Engineer, responsible for designing and developing .NET, Vue.js, and React applications and components for company customers.

Guerth worked as a Software Engineer at Intertec International, where they developed a terminal file scanning application using Visual Studio 2013, .NET Framework 4.5, and other technologies. Guerth also worked on a web admin portal using Microsoft MVC5, HTML helpers, RESTful API, jQuery, and other web technologies. Guerth worked at Intertec International from May 2015 to November 2015.

At Fiserv, Guerth held the role of Senior Software Engineer and worked on various projects, including creating a Winform application for test automation and developing plugins, reports, and UI forms for Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Guerth also developed WCF services for intercommunication between Dynamics CRM and external applications. Guerth worked at Fiserv from May 2012 to April 2015.

While working at EX2 Outcoding, Guerth was a C# Developer Senior. Guerth primarily focused on the maintenance of web applications developed using ASP.NET, C#, MVC Razor, jQuery, and Entity Framework. Guerth worked at EX2 Outcoding from August 2011 to April 2012.

At Instituto Nacional de Seguros, Guerth worked in the IT Department, specifically in the security area. Guerth wrote policies and safe programming manuals, developed an authentication module using smart cards, and implemented secure programming practices using C#. Guerth worked at Instituto Nacional de Seguros from January 2010 to July 2011.

Guerth Castro began their education at Tecnológico de Costa Rica, where they pursued a Last Semester Bachelor's degree in Ingenieria en sistemas from 1997 to 2003. Following this, from 2010 to 2012, they attended Universidad Fidelitas and earned a Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering. Recently, in 2018 to 2019, Guerth Castro attended Universidad Francisco de Vitoria, where they completed an Executive MBA in Business and Administration.
