Neide Pimenta

Neide Pimenta serves as the Head of People for the Business Unit TMS at nstech since August 2022, where responsibilities include strategic alignment with company leadership, organizational design, global project implementation, and talent development within the unit. Additionally, Neide has held the position of Head of People & Culture at Praxio by nstech since November 2007 and previously worked as the Human Resources Supervisor at Mascaro Tour Agencia De Viagens E Turismo from 2006 to 2007. Neide's educational background features a Postgraduate degree in Internal HR Consultancy from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie, an Executive MBA in Agile HR & Cultural Transformation from FranklinCovey Education Brasil, and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Universidade Paulista.
