Charlotte Barnes

Charlotte Barnes serves as the Group Head of Marketing and Communications at Praxis since November 2022, focusing on enhancing the brand and ensuring commercial success. Prior to this role, Charlotte held significant positions at Carey Olsen, including Head of Brand and Marketing Communications and Marketing and Communications Manager, where impactful brand strategies and global office expansions were implemented. As a Freelance Brand and Marketing Consultant from 2006 to 2014, Charlotte partnered with various clients, notably Schroders (CI) Limited, on strategic marketing initiatives. Furthermore, Charlotte co-founded and directed the creative agency Rock and Small, and contributed to academia as a Guest Lecturer in Graphic Design at Guernsey College of Further Education. Educational qualifications include a BA (Hons) in Graphic Design and Illustration from Bath Spa University and a postgraduate diploma in Digital Marketing from the Digital Marketing Institute.
