Grace Eames

Grace Eames has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Grace started their career in 2012 at SBM Offshore, where they served as the Global Fleet Human Resources Director until 2018. In the same year, they joined Humanology Consultants as the Managing Director for a brief period of time. In 2018, Grace transitioned to Nedbank Private Wealth International, initially joining as the Head of HR and later promoted to Executive Head of HR, until April 2023. Currently, they hold the position of Group Head of People at Praxis, starting in April 2023.

Grace Eames obtained a Master of Science degree in Strategic Human Resources and Development from the University of Hull. Grace attended the university from 2006 to 2007.
