Charlie Arden

Charlie Arden has a diverse work experience in the real estate industry. Starting in 2013, they gained work experience at Knight Frank and Lunson Mitchenall. In 2014, they worked as a Graduate Surveyor at Chase & Partners LLP. Charlie then joined Strutt & Parker in 2015, where they held multiple roles, including National Markets Investment and London Residential Development. From 2016 to 2020, Charlie worked as an Acquisitions Manager at Squarestone and HUB Group UK. In 2020, they became the Director of Acquisitions at Curzon Street Partners Ltd. Currently, they hold the position of Investment Director at Praxis Real Estate Management Ltd since June 2021.

Charlie Arden graduated from Latymer Upper School in 2011 with a degree in High School. Charlie went on to attend the University of Reading from 2011 to 2014, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate.
