Paul Anderson

Paul Anderson has a diverse work experience in the real estate industry. Paul is currently the Head of Property Management at Praxis Real Estate Management since January 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Portus Retail LLP as a Partner from September 2019 to December 2022. At Curtis Banks - self invested pension specialists, they served as the Head of Property Services Development from August 2017 to June 2019. Before that, they were the Managing Director - Investor Property Services at Capita Property and Infrastructure from July 2015 to April 2017. Paul also founded and served as the Managing Director at Legacy Real Estate Advisors from September 2013 to June 2015. Paul has a background in retail asset management, having worked as the Chief Executive Officer - Europe at APN Funds Management from April 2006 to July 2013, as well as Director of Retail Asset Management at CBRE from September 2004 to March 2006. Paul started their career as an Associate Director at Cushman & Wakefield, where they eventually became the Head of UK Retail Asset Management from September 2003 to September 2004.

Paul Anderson attended Skinners' School from 1981 to 1987. After completing their education there, they went on to the University of South Wales, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Urban Estate Management from 1987 to 1991.
