Bob Dreher

Bob brings a wealth of experience as a securities and real estate private equity professional to Praxis Capital, having over $1 billion of transactional experience.

Prior to joining Praxis Capital, he served as Director of Housing Development for PEP Housing where he was responsible for multifamily acquisition, entitlement, financing and construction management of multiple apartment properties. He founded and served as President of Eagle Golf Corporation, a golf course and real estate consulting and development company. Before Eagle, Bob formed the International Division for a large real estate company with sales in excess of $100 million, serving as its Managing Director. As a partner in a boutique investment banking firm, Bob specialized in private placement equity investments for high net worth individuals and pension funds. He began his career in the Wealth Management Division of Dean Witter Reynolds.

He has spoken at many real estate investment conferences and has served as a national instructor for a professional real estate designation program. Bob is a former California BRE and Series 7 & 66 securities licensee, Certified International Property Specialist, Certified Commercial Investment Member candidate, Chartered Retirement Plans Specialist and Certified Business Intermediary.

Having served on the boards of many local non-profit organizations, he was also instrumental in helping a local non-profit affordable housing provider with the acquisition, entitlement, financing and construction of a $20 million affordable housing project for seniors and people with disabilities.

Bob and his wife are the proud parents of four beautiful children. Bob enjoys competitive outrigger canoe racing, golf, and strumming the ukulele.
