Val joins PRAXIS from a 13 year tenure with Iron Mountain in the intellectual property protection and software/SaaS escrow space. She advises SMB, mid-market and enterprise clients to reduce risks inherent in licensing technology, and collaborates with IP attorneys. Val lives in the Boston area and enjoys cooking and playing the piano. She is a passionate advocate for breast cancer research and treatments and is a board member of the largest nonprofit breast cancer organization in the U.S.
