Mary Elizabeth Ellett is energized by connecting people to the resources they need to flourish. At Wheaton College, she earned a BA in Business and Economics in between volunteering with non-profits, and researching ways to give victims of human trafficking access to business skills. After winning a pitch competition with a social enterprise idea to support sexually exploited women, she was introduced to Praxis, and caught a vision for redemptive entrepreneurship. Upon graduation, she moved to Chicago to serve as the Director of Donor Relations for Hope Works Community Development. In the City of Broad Shoulders, she volunteered with New Name Ministries leading outreach to trafficked women in massage parlors. Now living in Manhattan, she joyfully connects entrepreneurs within the Praxis network.
