SRINIVASAVARADHAN D has extensive work experience, starting in 1982 at Madras Fertilizers Ltd, where they held various roles including Deputy General Manager - Marketing & Transportation, Deputy General Manager - Finance, Accounts & MIS, Deputy General Manager - Materials Management, Chief Manager - Internal Audit, Manager - Transportation, Regional Manager - Marketing, and Addl. Manager/Deputy Manager. After superannuation from MFL in 2015, they became a Consultant and then in 2019 they became a Consultant for Agriculture & Business and Head - Strategy & Finance for Prayaan Capital.

Srinivasavaradhan D completed a PGDM in Finance and Marketing from the Loyola Institute of Business Administration between 2000 and 2003. SRINIVASAVARADHAN also obtained an M Sc (Agriculture) in Plant Pathology from the Tamil Nadu Agricultural University between 1978 and 1980. Finally, they received a B Sc (Agriculture) in Agriculture, General from the same university between 1974 and 1978.
