Dillon Crum

Dillon Crum is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in disaster response coordination and wellness programming. Currently serving as the Disaster Response Coordinator at Praying Pelican Missions since June 2022, Dillon focuses on building relationships with churches and non-profits in disaster-affected areas to provide volunteer support for community services. Prior to this role, Dillon worked as a Grounds Technician at Bethel University, overseeing campus grounds maintenance from March 2019 to May 2022. Previous positions also include the Wellness Coordinator and Assistant Lead Guide at Pacific Quest, where Dillon promoted student wellness and managed group dynamics. Additional experience includes consulting and leading trips for Praying Pelican Missions, interning at the International Association for Refugees, and working as a Resident Assistant and intern during time at Bethel University, where Dillon earned a Bachelor’s Degree in International Relations and Affairs.
