Chad Hollis

Chad Hollis is a seasoned professional in maintenance and reliability management, currently serving as the Maintenance and Reliability Manager at Prayon since April 2024. Chad has held various significant roles throughout a diverse career, including Maintenance Manager and Maintenance Engineer at AGY from August 2016 to October 2024, and Front Line Leader Maintenance at International Paper from June 2014 to August 2016. Previous positions include E/I Maintenance Planner III at Kapstone Paper and Packaging Corporation, E/I Maintenance Planner at MeadWestvaco and Weyerhaeuser, and HVAC/E&I Maintenance Planner/Supervisor at Fluor.
